REMINDER AND UPDATE - Active mobility | Complete day closures of the Estacade, from September 19 to 21 (World Cycling Championships)

Due to the Worl Cycling Championships in Montréal:

Saturday, September 19: from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 20: from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, September 21: from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Complete closure of the Estacade bike path and the seaway bike path to pedestrians and cyclists.*
  • The Héritage Champlain Pathway, Île des Sœurs sector, will be closed during the races.

 

* UPDATE: The Samuel De Champlain Bridge bike path will remain open from Saturday, September 19, through Monday, September 21.  However, it will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists during the closure of the bridge to traffic toward Montreal on Saturday, September 26, and Sunday, September 27, in the morning.

 

Use public transportation to get around the Island of Montreal throughout the World Cycling Championships, September 19–27.
