Active mobility
The Corporation set up an advisory committee regarding the Jacques Cartier Bridge bicycle path to create a dialogue with ambassadors from the pedestrian and cycling community and with our neighbouring partners.
This committee discusses needs, opportunities and constraints related to cycling issues. The committee’s activities ended in 2020.
April 13 | virtual meeting
The meeting with active mobility enthusiasts provided an opportunity to review the first season of the winter operation of the multipurpose path and sidewalk of the Jacques Cartier Bridge, to gather comments from users and to answer their questions.
In general, users were very satisfied with this first year of winter operations.
